This service is limited to questions that can be answered with a short, factual response (Examples: Do you have any books on traveling to Paris?  What is the phone number for XYZ Company?  Do you have any books on how to draw comics?  What are the ingredients to make a salt map?  When was Thomas Jefferson born?") or suggestions for resources that may help you find what you need. For questions that require extensive time or research, please visit the library.  If you would like to search for specific titles in our library, please go to our online catalog.  If you are asking a local history or genealogy related question, you may want to check out the resources we have listed on our Local History page before sending us your question.

Customers from outside our service area asking general reference questions not specific to the Lockport, NY, area or the resources that are unique to our collection will be referred to their local libraries.
