Income Tax Resources at the Library

A variety of Federal and New York State income tax forms are available on Floor 3 of the library. **Updated information on which popular forms we have received**

If you do not find the form you are looking for, ask one of the reference librarians for assistance in locating your form on the Internet; the cost is $0.15 per copy for photocopies or printouts.

You may also print forms from anywhere you have Internet access and a printer, or you may ask to have forms mailed to you by calling the numbers listed below.
