If you already have a library card: good news! Your current card will provide access to the library’s online resources.

If you forgot your library card number or need other assistance with your library card or PIN, please use the Library's Contact Us service.

Please do not apply if you already have a Lockport Public Library card or a card with another library in the Nioga Library System.

Residents of the Lockport City School District, Town of Lockport, or Pendleton who are at least 13 years old may apply for a Lockport Public Library eCard (for online use only) by filling out this form and clicking the "Submit Application" button. You will receive an email message with information about your new eCard. You may begin using online services as soon as you receive your eCard number.
