Income Tax Resources at the Library
The library receives some of the Federal and New York State income tax forms each year. They are available on Floor 3.
The following forms for tax year 2024 have arrived at the library (updated 03/17/2025):
- Internal Revenue Service: 1040 Form & Instructions, 1040-SR Form & Instruction.
- New York State: IT 201 Form & Instructions, IT-201-V Form, IT-2 Form
If you do not find the form you need and you know the form number, ask one of the reference librarians for assistance in getting a copy printed from the IRS or NYS web site; the cost is $0.15 per page for printouts.
You may also print forms from anywhere you have Internet access and a printer, or you may ask to have forms mailed (see below):
